One should have knowledge. The student must have skill to handing people or employer working in organization.

The student should have physical qualities like ordibility and healthy.

One should have intellectual qualities like quick decision with accuracy good listener

The student must have a psychological quality like feeling of co –operation, enthustic, courageous.

The student must have a basic knowledge regarding particular field that he is learning in   this.
